Bin Brothers TX rentals are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Bin Brothers TX confirms your rental and payment is received.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a $25 cancellation/scheduling fee.
Once bins have been delivered, the rental is considered active and unused rental days are non-refundable. Bins must be returned empty, reasonably clean, and available for pickup on the agreed-upon date.
Customers who need additional time may request a 7-day extension for $25, subject to availability. Extensions must be requested before the original return date. Unapproved late returns may be subject to a $35 per day late fee.
Customers are responsible for all bins and equipment from delivery until pickup or return. Lost, stolen, or damaged bins may be subject to repair or replacement charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring reasonable access for delivery and pickup, including notifying Bin Brothers TX of gates, stairs, elevators, long walking distances, or other access requirements.
